To us, marginal chemical stability is a fascinating hurdle.

We are an inorganic/main-group chemistry research group who are motivated by curiosity and who like a synthetic challenge. We are particularly interested in putting "incompatible" functional groups together in molecules, in handling metastable or extremely reactive species, in explosives... we are into extreme chemistry!

We use high-vacuum lines that allow the handling and purification of precise amounts of highly reactive or corrosive gases at very low temperatures.

We use handmade reaction vessels designed to avoid shrapnel in the event of an explosion.

We use classical fractionnal condensation techniques to purify volatiles compounds at low temperature.
